This is my blog. I write about things I like: playing around with continuity and nice cuts. I don't use this blog to point out continuity errors, but rather to celebrate when continuity is used in an interesting way.
I'm catching up with the brilliant Flemish series Quiz Me Quick. The show is about a team of 5 guys competing in table quizzes. I can definitely recommend the show so let's hope it will be released with English subtitles or get a remake.
In the sixth episode they meet a Miyagi type character who offers to teach them how to be better quizzers. He keeps testing them to keep them on their toes.
They decide to take him up on his offer and meet him again to start their training. His first lesson is to always pay attention.
The eyepatch changed from his right to his left eye. The only reason he was wearing the eyepatch was so he could switch it the second time they meet him. This way he tested how well they actually pay attention.
